Every plan includes inventory, a services catalogue, bookings, quotes, contracts, invoicing, payment recording and a professional website with SEO tools, analytics, custom domain and Google Search Console. Professional adds payment reminders with communication history, plus team seats, expenses, suppliers, cash-based profit and fulfillment. Business adds configurable automatic booking and invoice reminders, unlimited inventory items and seats, multi-booking expense allocation and a searchable audit log. Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with broad feature access so you can run the product end to end. Your website includes SEO tools and analytics during trial; connecting a custom domain and Google Search Console unlocks when you subscribe to any paid plan. No credit card is required to start. When a trial ends without a paid subscription, the account becomes read-only until you subscribe.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

Does pricing differ by country?

Yes. Bundus offers regional pricing for markets we support, including the UK, Nigeria and the United States. Prices and currency are shown on usebundus.com/pricing based on your location.

How many team members can use Bundus?

Accepted Answer

Starter includes 1 user (solo operator). Professional includes up to 5 team members. Business includes unlimited seats. Limits are enforced by plan — Starter is not unlimited users.

Question 6

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

Accepted Answer

Without an active paid subscription, your account may enter read-only mode: you can view business data but cannot create or materially update operational records until you subscribe again.

Where do I subscribe or cancel?

Accepted Answer

On the web, subscribe and manage billing through Stripe at app.usebundus.com (Settings → Billing). On iOS, subscribe and cancel through Apple In-App Purchase / Apple ID subscriptions. On Android, use Google Play Billing. Manage billing on the same channel where you subscribed — Bundus does not silently migrate billing between Stripe, Apple and Google.
