Bundus Referral Programme Terms
On this page
These Referral Programme Terms supplement the Bundus Terms and Conditions. A business joins the programme by explicitly accepting these terms before receiving or sharing a referral link or code.
1. Programme eligibility#
The programme is available to verified, active Bundus businesses while the programme is enabled. A business joins by reading and accepting the current Referral Programme Terms. Its referral link and code are issued only after acceptance. A participant must act for a genuine business and keep its Bundus account in good standing. Bundus may apply different written commercial terms to an approved partner.
2. Direct referrals only#
A participant may earn credit only for a new business that it directly refers. The programme is not multi-level: no reward is earned from referrals later made by the referred business. Existing Bundus businesses cannot be claimed retroactively.
Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated businesses, circular referrals, misleading promotion, spam, and attempts to manipulate attribution or payments are prohibited.
3. Attribution#
A referral link records attribution for 30 days from the most recent valid click. The link and code themselves remain valid until disabled or rotated. A valid code deliberately entered during registration takes precedence over remembered link attribution.
Attribution is confirmed only after the new business completes account creation and email verification. A new business can have one referrer. Confirmed attribution cannot be changed by participants. Bundus may correct an evident attribution error before an eligible payment.
4. Eligible payments#
Free trials, complimentary or administrative access, failed or unpaid charges, zero-value transactions, test purchases, taxes, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks do not earn credit.
Unless a participant has different written partner terms, the default reward is 10% of the first successful eligible subscription payment. The default calculation uses the subscription subtotal actually charged after discounts and excludes VAT, sales tax, and similar government taxes.
Written partner terms may specify a different percentage, gross or net calculation, and either a first-payment term or a fixed number of service months. Terms applicable when a referral is confirmed are recorded for that referral. Annual payments under a service-month agreement are prorated to the eligible service period.
5. Pending credit and reversals#
Earned credit normally remains pending for 30 days before becoming available. Refunds, partial refunds, disputes, chargebacks, billing corrections, or proven programme abuse can reverse related credit. A reversal may create a negative balance where credit was already used; future earnings are applied to that balance.
Programme balances are maintained separately by currency. Bundus does not convert referral credit between currencies in the initial programme.
6. Using Bundus credit#
Referral rewards are Bundus service credit, not cash, electronic money, or a withdrawable balance. Credit cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or paid to an external account.
Available credit may be manually applied to an eligible Bundus web purchase in the same currency. A business may use part or all of its available credit up to the eligible amount due and pay any remainder through the available web payment method. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are controlled by those stores, so Bundus credit cannot be applied directly to an in-app store charge.
Referral credit does not expire under the initial programme, but this does not prevent reversal under these terms or an account freeze during a legitimate investigation.
7. Reviews, suspension, and termination#
Bundus may review unusual referral, registration, payment, device, identity, or refund patterns. A shared network or IP address alone does not establish abuse. During a review, Bundus may temporarily freeze new earnings or redemption.
Bundus may suspend or terminate participation and reverse improperly obtained credit where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, a material breach of these terms, or unlawful conduct. Material financial corrections are recorded in the programme ledger.
8. Programme changes#
Bundus may change or end the programme prospectively. Changes do not silently rewrite credit already validly earned under a confirmed referral. Where acceptance of revised terms is required, sharing or redemption remains unavailable until the current version is accepted.
9. Taxes and records#
Participants are responsible for any tax, accounting, or reporting obligations arising from referral credit in their jurisdiction. Bundus may retain programme and transaction records as required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
