No. Quotes are proposals before a booking. Invoices request payment. Contracts are agreements generated from a booking, bringing together the customer, dates, venue, inventory and/or services, pricing, deposits and your terms for the client to review and sign.

No. Contracts works for both rental and service businesses. Whether you run event hire, catering, décor, AV, staffing, production, setup crews or similar services, agreements can be attached directly to the bookings you manage in Bundus.

Does signing a contract confirm the booking or take payment?

No. Signing a contract does not automatically confirm a booking or collect payment. Your team remains in control of booking status, invoices and charges. Contract totals are reference information only.
